Assassin's Creed Rogue - Part 6, Memory 5: Not Us, But Our Lord

To start the fifth memory, go to the Fort Baie Rouge area and interact with the ship moored there.

You will be moved to a special place where another Temple of the Forerunners is located. Keep walking until you reach the moored Achilles ship. There is a cave entrance right next to it.
